Developing and monitoring Owner / EPC budget, expenditures and commitments.

Participating in PMC Cost/Progress meetings to resolve issues, providing direction and support.

Logging and tracking Change Alerts to monitor Scope Change Management Process in Skire system.

Reviewing and evaluating PMC, EPC or other Contractor's Project Deviation Notices/Overall project budget impact.

Incorporating Scope Change into forecast.

Integrating estimates and schedules into comprehensive cash flow. In addition, developing and maintaining forecast.

Managing Risks for HP LDPE Asset thru monthly risk review sessions and Active Risk Manager (ARM) Tool.

Monitoring of black swan report to identify potential risks for the project and devise strategies for mitigation.

Member of Procurement team and responsible to drive Internal Administrative Procedure of the SRC paper to place the Purchase Orders thru preparing Miscellaneous Credit Memo & Single Source Justification to resolve Contractor’s financial difficulties.

Setup an invoice/payment processing procedures for the Division.

Monitoring the project expenditure on daily basis, as well manage the project budget and forecast cost at completion based on current project trends.

Monitoring other project charges booked through the Saudi Aramco cost ledger through AGLI and ACAC reports.

Prepare project status update reports (MPU, PPU, MIS, NDE, and Cost Rack-up Reports).

Interfacing with project personnel (PE's, SPE's and PM) to develop project forecasts and analyze project costs.
