• Participate in establishing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, SLAs and ensures their compliance with the goals and standards of the company
• Receive and archive issued policies in the customers’ files and conduct quality checks for the completeness and correctness of documents (Retail and Group Life Policy)
• Grant, modify and delete user access and authorities on the insurance system for all branch staff and perform regular system maintenance
• Perform in-house development and testing of system and automation of all processes.
• Coordinate with the 500+ sales teams on any system enhancement requirement and to mitigate and resolve any system issues.
• Provide on-going training for new employees of the Operations department and the Call Center.
• Calculate NAVs for the investment strategy and Performance of subscription and redemption of Investment funds
• Reconciliation of Daily and weekly insurance collection and other transactions
• Assists in resolving all customer issues and sales complaints
