Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
• Align all projects related to the program GO Loyalty - the nation wide multi-partner destination loyalty program
• Ensure all projects are adapted to meet the Strategic objective

• Built the Roadmap for the program releases
• PMO setup and framework + PMO enhancements (including PMO handbook, EPM manual, processes, frameworks, methodologies)
• Conduct multiple training sessions frequently about agile methodology for more than 300 attendees at STA and ministry of Tourism in Riyadh, KSA
• Uses Scrum, Kanban, Slack, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence

Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships project that intends to create an engagement strategy to collaborate with famous world class brands (project manager)
Disruption Summit project that aims to have a global summit as the first tourism summit for non-tourism brands (project manager)
STOCH digital platform, a unified single content hub for tourism assets with a 360-degree view of the content landscape. It is leveraging Artificial Intelligence AI and machine learning for content tagging.
Geospatial strategy and Roadmap that intends to provide tourism geospatial services and data, and create a tourist map website.
Program Manager and Scrum Master on one of the largest digital transformation programs in the UAE with a budget of 200 Million AED and with more than 45 main stakeholders including but not limited to, DED, ADNOC, ADDA, DMT, CICPA, Abu Dhabi Customs, Etihad, ADAFZ, AD Police, ICA, MOI, MCH, MOFA…, and managing 5 projects within this program (set of 16 projects). Some of my duties, include, Planning, Agile coaching, advising, Facilitation, Backlog Grooming, Scrum Master on up to 5 teams (each team is 8 members), and Applying Scrum-of-Scrum for Integration, Problem Solving, documentation, Followups, aligning projects, leading teams, finding solutions, managing risks, reporting status, attending standups, maintaining stakeholder engagements, help prioritizing projects based on business value, meeting with customers if required, facilitating communication, mentoring teams, setting strategies, reporting, problem detection and resolution, leading by example, writing templates for Project management documents, helping PMO in deciding on methodologies, training teams on methodologies, getting right things done, using JIRA and MS Project, and many more duties.

• Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers for information technology projects.
• Collect all functional and non functional requirements of projects and creation of BRD
• Project Planning using Microsoft Project software MS Project and EPM

Implemented Checks printing application that prints check books ready to be sold instantly to bank’s customers. (fully approved by Banque Du Liban) - Have received achievement award for this program from upper management of the Bank.
•Implemented of many applications and Back office interfaces to be used in the HR department (Payroll, History of Employees, Employee Registration)
•Implemented most of the Debit-Credit Cards ATM procedures, including card requests, modification, deletion, addition of new and supplementary cards…etc.
•Wrote simple and complex SQL queries on Oracle 9i and linking those queries with VB6 code
•Built Reports using Crystal Reports 8.5, and linking them to VB6 code for applications.
•Quality Assurance to ensure the reliability and availability of the programs implemented including extreme testing before delivery.
•Representing the LSB bank at Microsoft in BEIRUT for the introduction of a new Windows application for banking, as well as many Banking conferences.
