2) After the successful launch of UMOJA Tier - 1, I was trained and certified, by UNHQ, for hiring International Consultants and International Individual Contractors. As being the first one for this job in RSCE, I hired 6 International Consultants for different sections in RSCE, and 35 International Individual Contractors for UNMISS.
3) I am the only one who was trained as TOT in “Family Focal Point & Call Center Volunteers (FFP&CCV)”, to be prepared for any emergency/disaster situation, by Disaster Management Unit in UNHQ.
4) Successfully completed different Human Resources Certifications from Cornell University, USA, offered by UNHQ.

Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment) at United Nation Mission in Sudan (UNMIS)

• I have successfully hired 75 International staff members for Electoral Division on TVA from FS-4 to P-3 level.
• When I was working in the National Recruitment Unit in UNMIS, there was a lack of qualified National Candidates roaster. The Chief of Unit assigned me with this task and I have built a database of qualified candidates to be used by the Unit for further national hiring. I have also built and maintain a database for all vacancy announcements at National Level.
