Process Telegraphic Transfers (TT) for local and international payments while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records by recording daily financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management reports.
Reconcile bank accounts, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
Process vendor payments and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in budget preparation, cash flow management, and financial planning.
Maintain accounting records, invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions as required.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Support tax-related documentation and financial audits.
Perform general accounting and finance duties assigned by management.
