DTCForce is a North American Salesforce Consulting Partner. I currently am the Lead Consultant at DTCForce and also head their development Operations, which is based in Jeddah, KSA.
As a lead consultant my responsibilities include end-to-end project management.
I lead teams into functional/business consultancy and scoping of projects with clients.
I develop a comprehensive functional & technical solution, estimate work, make proposals & present these to the stake holders.
And after a client is onboarded, I am responsible to manage the complete development life cycle from design, development and roll-out.
In addition to this, as the head of operations I oversee all projects, resources and management of the division.
As our clients are based in North America, I have valuable exposure to international standards & processes.
Till date I have successfully completed 30+ SFDC projects in industries such as Manufacturing, Entertainment, Hospitality, Travel, Food/beverage. These solutions have included implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL & Pardot; with integrations to QuickBooks, Netsuite, Mapanything, Sage, Mailchimp, JIRA etc.
Being a techno-functional consultant at a Salesforce Consulting Partner I have complete and through knowledge of complex SFDC implementation life cycles.
My job as a Compliance officer was to implement, customize and utilize multiple regulatory and reporting banking software's.
I was tasked with keeping the systems up to date by carrying out Risk Assessments, monitoring transactions, analyzing suspicious transactions and providing guidance based on the results.
in addition to this I also trained staff and provided guidance on regulatory & policy matters to internal departments so as to maintain a balance between the regulatory authorities and the business in way that the business does not suffer and regulations are not compromised.
My main task was to conduct Industry & Target Market Analysis and align the company's products to adapt to prevalent trends.
My main tasks included
1. Business domain analysis & requirements gathering
2. Gap analysis of prospective companies for implementing an ERP
3. Propose a technical and business savvy ERP solution.
The primary responsibility this job entailed was spearheading analysis, preparing functional specifications and managing implementation of a customized ERP that OCS was having developed.
To efficiently coordinate the ERP's development, I had the following responsibilities

2. Software driven designing and re-engineering of business process
3. Process restructuring and standardization
Conducting pre-sales business analysis and requirement gathering
Developing software based on the Java platform
