Data analysis to assign sales quotas. Achieve sales quota goals and provide regular
forecasts for the LC business
• Management and development of resources (including consultants, vendors and
remote workers in different time zones)
• Responsible for Europe Middle East & Africa territories
• Selection, mentoring, coaching, performance management, assessment, and rewards
and recognition. This includes team building with those from other units who participate
on projects. Ensure proper performance management and rewards/recognition
guidelines are followed within own team
• Drive the LC strategy and objectives within the specific sales teams and channel
partners.

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company's customer
base and ensure its strong presence.
• Owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales
representatives
Achievements:
1. A contract for Document Management Solution provided from Canon called
“Therefore” with Bank Al Etihad.
2. Archiving Solution with City courthouse in Amman.
3. Ecommerce system for BCI
4. Ecommerce with mobile application for Jordan Duty Free
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications
submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Network & Advanced Threat Security Dept.
• Managed Security Services Such as:
1. Web & Email Filtering such as Kaspersky
2. Network Security UTM such as Fortinet, Juniper, McAfee
3. Antimalware Solutions such as Kaspersky and Websense
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build/Maintain adequate pipeline for the product.
• Consulting and Presenting.
• Gather market intelligence.
• Identify cross sales opportunities.
• Learning, updating, training, being trained and technology transfer -ongoing process
• Prepare timely sales reports.
• Attend workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to- date on changes in
• Technology.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Make contacts with the potential customers and establishing new Customers base via
emails, telephones, Faxes and visits.
• Keep visiting customers with the Technical Pre-Sales to know their needs.
• Closing Deals.
• Follow up with payments.
License Compliance for Microsoft Jordan specially in Education and Enterprise accounts
• Stay up to date with Ministry of Industry & Trade for any new organization to be sure that
it’s Microsoft Licensed.
