Supervises the entire HR Employee Services & Relations Section to attain set targets and comply with UAE legal requirements. Interprets Legal laws and provides legal input, announcements, training and advice management regarding government & pension requirements.Supervises and administers the process of issuing, cancelling, transferring and renewing, internal and external visas and residencies. Supervises, administers and follows up with all governmental bodies and lawyer concerning matters affecting the staff.Represents PF at Governmental offices, to provide requested statistical data, and resolves government related disputes.Acts as the focal point of contact with Executive Council, receives information, collects information, researches, analyzes, and provides recommendations and solutions.
Represents PF with Abu Dhabi Tawteen council, acts as the main focal point, receives information, and collects information, researches, analysis.Responsible for negotiating, obtaining & communicating competitive offers .Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee events.Adhere communicating policies and regulations, provides advice for possible improvements and amendments to policy to best-fit market, and needs.Acts as the main contact for employee grievances. Represents HR in disciplinary action, provides advice and oversees required action plan.Assists in resolving employee disputes related to section matters. Works as the center point of contact between the medical and life insurance companies .Handles various number of short to long-term projects as assigned by management.Conducts surveys to measure attractiveness or effectiveness of benefits, provides statistical data and recommendations. Prepares and monitors section’s budget and medical budget; administers and supervises section’s petty cash and coordinates with Finance Department. Provides assessment input to HRD on the HR Services and Relations Sections’ employees performance, areas of improvement; provides coaching and support to the staff as required.
