Is responsible for the recruitment function in the company to meet the strategic business objectives. Plays a strategic role in planning, developing, and directing the Recruitment Section to attract competent employees (Nationals and Expatriates) in a cost-effective manner in accordance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Provide data-driven strategic and tactical workforce planning services and forecasts for the Company. Advise on workforce organizational changes, ensuring accurate and updated information related to people, roles, departments, and groups.
Support, design, and consult on human capital projects that improve processes, structures, measures, and accountabilities to achieve superior business results. Cooperate with multiple stakeholders and functional leads to assess business/function-specific organization design projects to enhance operating effectiveness and productivity within the company.
