Finding and checking patient records
Creating new records and updating existing ones on the computer system

Check in patients using Meditech system.

Collaborate with Clinical Personal Assistants and Clinical Services Manager to fashion out ways of using medical stock

Organize and handle clinical reports and patients case notes
Ensure adequate supplies of materials; take minutes of meetings and other records; and also help with presentations
Utilize scheduling and reminders in corresponding with clinical sites.
My duties include:
- Provided secretarial and PA services for the department manager
- Preparing access badges for staff and visitors using C*Cure and Image Base databases.
- Minding the hospital Help desk by logging repairs and jobs into the system to be picked up by the porters, electricians and technicians
- Conducted risk assessments for the hospital.
- Meeting and greeting visitors, patients and staff.
- Signposting staff and patients to the correct departments.
- Booking taxies for staff
- Arranging deliveries to be dropped to and from other trusts across the Liverpool area.
Part of the Information Team assisting in the administration and actioning of requests in respect of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 and Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998 which are received by Liverpool City Council requests and made by public, companies and staff and using case management system. I assist in the monitoring, performance and compliance with the legal requirements of both pieces of legislation, to help ensure timescales are met and effective consideration had been give and I use feedback to improve responses in addition to the efficient and accurate application of legal exemptions.
GCSE in Math and English grade C
HND in Accounting and Finance.
