• Develop and maintain an effective Facilities and Operations Management strategy including managing budgets
• Develop and manage the Maintenance Program for the locations portfolio and implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance for building services installations, the building fabric, Pest Control, landscaping, etc.

• To plan & ensuring equipment PPM (Pre-Planned maintenance) routines to carried out in time
• To ensure 100% up keeping of the following E & M equipment by implementing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually maintenance routines, Centralize Air-conditioning plants, Diesel Generators, Air-handling units, Building Maintenance System (including firefighting), Access Control System, CCTV
• Overlook various ongoing regular infrastructure maintenance/preventive maintenance works across various locations

• Co-ordination in between client and company management.
• Follow-up with company & contractors to complete the project timely in proper way.
• Handling of all documentation work, report handovers, material re-conciliation, checking of contractor’s bills to forward for payment as per their orders etc.
• Sorting out technical problems of sites.
• Sorting out of all public resistances at sites on issues like erection of pole, excavation, electrical clearance etc to work fast.
• To make Bill of Quantity (BOQ) or Bill of Material (BOM) of Project Sites
