o To handle customer’s issues as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
o Customer education i.e. MS Outlook Tips and Tricks Education sessions, Wireless Network Education sessions, IT Induction of the new employees.
Change Coordinator
• Conduct and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Review, filter and prioritize Request for Changes (RFC).
