Assisted the company in setting up the Baggage Handling Team under the Project Delivery Section. Managed to improved the quality of Test And Commissioning documentations for site use. Monitored the specialist contractor' submission, provided key comments and monitored submission sactivities until their documents were approved. Established the standard for quality baggage handling site testing and commissioning including compliance to NETA requirement and 3rd party inspection. Ironed out issues affecting testing and commissioning. Provided technical support for start-up and commissioning. Lead a team of QA/QC engineers and site engineers in the monitoring the static and energized tests of baggage handling main distribution panels, tilt-tray sorter control panels etc. Familiar with baggage handling specifications, Crisplant testing philosophy, testing procedures, detailed design and interface works with other contractors.

Provided key comments to the draft of Technical Specifications and O&M Specifications for proposed Abu Dhabi new Midfield Terminal Complex baggage handling system tender documents.

Monitored the installation, testing and commissioning of baggage handling system and passenger loading bridges for Terminal 3, Abu Dhabi International Airport project.

Prepared tender documents, tender drawings, preliminary budget for proposed upgrades of baggage handling system in Terminal 1, Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Carried out feasibility studies and assessments of the proposed upgrade of baggage handling system in Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Transfer Baggage Facilities, Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Attended various validation tests including the stakeholder own trial tests, capacity test, image quality test and operational demonstration of bomb containment vessel (for explosive).

Familiar with Siemens conveyors and electrical panels, Siemens PLCs, Logan LLC conveyors, electrical panels and PLCs and VanDer Lander baggage handling installation; reclaim, conveyors, PLCs, SAC etc.

Monitored the O&M contracts for facilities managemnt of office buildings and commercial complex. SCope include all MEP building services;ACMV, Fire Alarm, HV & LV, Electrical, BMS, Chilled Water Piping, Elevator, Escalator, Cleaning Gondola, Sprinkler System, Telephone, Lighting, Plumbing, Lansdcape, Sooftscape and civil works. Supervised, giving direction and instruction to +25 technical staff and +200 outsourced maintenance staff. Trained, lead maintenance engineer and techinicians into efficient trouble shooting and timely repair. Ensured sufficient spare parts. Trained the maintenance staff in using O&M manuals and as-built-drawings. Successfully maintained the building.Successfully awarded FM O&M contract as per budget. Carried out bi-weekly, monthly periodic preventive maintenance. Prepared annual budget for maintenance.

Supervised project implementation, testing & commissioning of MEPservices such as HVAC, Fire, Security, BMS for a mixed development comprises of 16 office buildings and commercial center. monitored the interface works between 5 main contractors and 15 sub-contractors. Infra service installation include 2km underground gas district cooling pipe reticulation complete with fibre optics.

Monitor O&M Contract for baggage handling system (BHS), Kuala Lumpur Internatonal Airport. Monitor performance of the BHS and performance of the BHS Specialist Contractor (Japanese). Liaison with End-Users, Airlines, Police, Customs, ground handling agents etc.

Monitor Quality Assurance implementation of ISO 9000 for Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Review and comment contractor's submission on material, installation, test protocols for BHS, PLB, 400 Hz, PCA and Central Waste System

Prepare technical specifications & calculations, supervise project implementation of supply, install, testing & commissioning of Overhead and Gantry cranes including explosion proof type.
