Duties & Responsibility:
- Developed, organized, and planned a range of large scale events.
- Reviewed and sourced the locations where the event were to be
held.
- Ensured adequate staff were available for the event.
- Liaised and negotiated with suppliers such as florists and external caterers.

of the hotel.

- Generated banquet event orders, VIP, limousine, and amenity forms as required.

and ensured adherence to function space policies and all codes and
regulations.
