• Outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver the project within budget.
• Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Track projects and provide a regular report on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters
and effective resource utilization to maximize the output
• Ensuring that all records relating to project activities are maintained and that progress is monitored against the program as agreed with the Contractor at regular intervals
• Road Works including Cutting and filling of embankments, Subgrade, Subbase, CBM, Road Base, Asphalt Laying, and construction of footpath.

Project Description: The project consists of 31 Kms of a six-lane divided highway including 14 interchanges and 47 bridges & underground services.

Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
• Planning and arranging materials in advance as per project standards and specifications with close coordination with the Procurement department.
• Review the work progress on a daily and monthly basis.
• Ensure that all method statements and inspection and test plan has been approved by the Client and consultants & execute the project as per the approved project method statement and inspection & test plan
• Ensure that required work permits are obtained from concerned departments.
• In coordination with the QA/QC department, ensure that the materials delivered at the site are in accordance with the specified standards.
• In coordination with the HSE Manager, he is responsible for implementing policies in line with the company’s HSE Management system and executing all project HSE requirements.
• Providing input for preparing the project implementation schedule, including field activities, completion milestones, resource allocation, and associated interfaces/responsibility matrix, and cash flow management.
• Responding to a wide variety of inquiries of staff & outside vendors to resolve problems and provide information
• Coordinating and approval of construction phases, submittals, RFI's, and CCO's

Analyzing the Quality Assurance system and made recommendations for improvements
• Implementing ISO 9000:2015/9001:2015 & preparing snag lists, and as built-drawings
• Checking the Sub-Contractor's method statements; ensuring that the Contractor is informed of any deficiency in the standard of workmanship
• Reviewing modern methods of construction of bridges, standards, technical specifications, and statistical quality control/assurance procedures for construction of different components of bridges
• Analyze the safety program for compliance with the construction contract requirements
• Drafted diaries and photographs, recording construction progression, including thorough and accurate records of the contractor’s operations
• Successfully implemented QMS, OH & S plans, an inspection of structures, structural walls, steel fabrication, CIDH Piles, and HMA removal
• Updated As-Built drawings; assisted Project Team on change order preparation and monitoring
