As part of the Chief Data Officer organization, I am an enabler of Walmart’s journey to be the worlds leading data-driven retailer. As Senior Product Manager EDM, I am leading the team that enables the onboarding and operational support of our data stewardship community for our Data Governance Center (DGC) and is elemental to ensuring users and the DGC Product team have the support needed to execute Walmart’s Data Governance operating models.
Responsibilities
• Managing product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks

As a Sr. Project Manager, I am serving as part of the overall NexTecH delivery team - working in partnership with the Business and Technical Domain Owners and Scrum Masters to build plans, schedule work across shared development teams, and ultimately ensuring delivery of quality software products to the business stakeholders on time, on budget, and on scope.
Responsibilities
• Providing periodic project status reports and executive summaries to stakeholders and management
• Developing new project managers to ensure skills are aligned with established Project Management Organization (PMO) standards; and providing mentorship and guidance to peers and management on methodology and practice

As Project Manager/Product Owner in the Enterprise Data Management domain, I was enabling the company to improve operational efficiency, increase value of company data assets, and minimize risk across all business units by performing the following activities using industry standards and best data governance tools from Informatica (Axon and Enterprise Data Catalog).
Responsibilities
• Facilitated Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, backlog refinement, sprint review, sprint retrospect.
• Worked with Business Intelligence, Business users and IT teams to create backlog, user stories and in task Jira
• Serving as a liaison between the Business teams and Technology teams from IDS to implement data quality measures using Informatica IDQ / Axon / EDC tools by gathering clearly defined business requirements and help them translate into technology requirements
