- Timely execution of all separation actions including (Resignation, retirements, Termination, Dismissal, Expiry of

- Timely stop salary of all separated employee.
- Ensure timely provision of antecedent verification of ex-employee
- Analyze exit interview report of all separated employees and share the same with HR Business partner
- Analyze and share TAT breach report with all stake holder for timely clearance of separated employees

issued by KE
- Managing and issuing of Employment Certificate across Organization
- Process all separation request including Resignation, termination, Dismissal, retirement
- Make announcement to relevant stakeholder for timely action for separated employees

Digitalization:
- Efficiencies and Digitization in Existing Portfolio
- Revamping of current Final settlement process for Employee Central
