• Quantification of stone works (Marble, Granite, Ceramics, Porcelain and etc.) and establish the cost of materials, installation and workmanship as per drawings and specifications.
• Prepares and submit quotations.
• Preparing stone works designs and shop drawings using Autocad Software.
• Prepares work orders and cutting list of stone works for factory production.
• Prepares factory and site production reports.
• Conducts site inspection and check if the installed material meets the required minimum tolerances and implements site correctness.
• Prepares DMIR (Delivered Materials Inspection Report) and WIR (Work Inspection Report) prior to consultants inspection.
• Monitors and controls quantity and cost variances as per the changes on design, materials and change order.
• Prepare monthly Interim Payment Applications (Invoice / Billing).
• Review and check sub-contractor's invoices and payment certificate.

PROJECT : VARIOUS PROJECTS

• Prepares quotations as per the client's needs and specifications.
• Quantifying and pricing of marble/granite (tiles, cladding, pavings, decorative patterns, and other related works).
• Preparing Marble/Granite designs and Cutting details using AutoCad software.
• Prepares work orders and cutting list of marble/granite for production.
• Follows up the fabrication of material on factory.
• Prepares daily production report.

PROJECT : WYETH PHILIPPINES INC. (DRYER 3 EXPANSION PROJECT)

• Take-off Quantity for Civil Works (Concrete Quantity, Rebar Cutting list and Formworks)
• Take-off Quantity for Piping works (Piping, Insulation, Painting and Pipe Supports).
• Tracking Piping Works (Piping, Insulation, Painting and Pipe Supports).
• Monitors Spools status (Material Delivery).
• Conducts checking of Sub-Contractors Progress Billing for Piping Works.
• Take-off Quantity for HVAC Ducting Works.
• Monitor HVAC Installation and Insulation.
• Prepares and verifies change orders and claims at site.
• Monitors and controls quantity variances.

PROJECT : PETRON BATAAN REFINERY CORPORATION (PETRO-FCC REVAMPING PROJECT)

CIVIL WORKS
• Take-off Quantity (Excavation, Backfilling, Concrete, Rebars, Formorks and Etc.)
• Monitors and controls quantity variances.
• Accountable for accurate analysis on variances and quantity reports.
• Prepares monitoring system.
• Monitors progress and balance of works.
• Prepares and verifies change orders and claims at site.
• Lead a group of Quantity Trackers.
• Conduct tracking at site in the absence of Quantity Tracker.

MECHANICAL WORKS
• Take-off Quantity (Tonnage and Piece).
• Monitors and controls quantity variances.
• Prepares monitoring system.
• Monitors progress and balance of works.
• Prepares and verifies change orders and claims at site.
• Monitors delivery and availabilty of Equipments.
• Prepares schedule for erection of Equipments

• Monitors and controls quantity variances.

• Lead a group of Quantity Trackers.
• Conduct tracking at site in the absence of Quantity Tracker.

• Take-off Quantity (No. of members, Tonnage and Etc.).
• Monitors and controls quantity variances.
• Prepares monitoring system.
• Monitors progress and balance of works.
• Prepares and verifies change orders and claims at site.
• Lead a group of Quantity Trackers.
• Conduct tracking at site in the absence of Quantity Tracker.

• Take-off Quantity for Piping works (Piping, Insulation, Painting and Pipe Supports).
• Tracking Piping Works (Piping, Insulation, Painting and Pipe Supports).
• Monitors Spools status (Fabrication and Erection).
• Conducts checking of Sub-Contractors Progress Billing for Piping Works.
• Prepares and verifies change orders and claims at site.
• Monitors and controls quantity variances.
• Attend the Project close-out after the completion of the project.
• Quantify the actual quantity (Contract qty. v.s. Actual qty) at close-out of the project.
