Responsible for the overall operations & management of the Western Region (KSA) Office/Commercial
Buildings, Company Owners’ Villas, Executive Offices, Company Office Areas, Showrooms, Warehouses,
Workshops, managers & Staffs Accommodations and the Manpower Supply Services (Maintenance
Personnel, Security Guards, Receptionists, Cleaners & Tea Boys), through effective management of its daily
operations to contribute to the profitability & cost savings of the business.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
➢ REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & MANPOWER SUPPORT MANAGEMENT
• Manage the over-all operational concerns of the Properties: like office buildings, Company Owners’
Villas, Managers & Staff Accommodations including its physical management, safety and security,
housekeeping, maintenance of the buildings and equipment.
• Serve as acting General Manager during his leave of absence.
• Help the company in the data cleansing and data gathering for the new Oracle Enterprise Asset
Management (EAM) system and integration with Seibel & ERP system.
• Application of knowledge, processes, skills, tools and techniques for significant success of any
project assigned by the company, as guided by the PMI PMBOK concepts.
• Supervising and overseeing the administration and technical services staff.
• Manage & supply all Maintenance Personnel, Security Guards, Receptionists, Cleaners & Tea Boys
manpower requirements of all business units of the Companies.
• Spearheaded the maintenance of all machinery and plant in the building, technical, janitorial,
security, billing/collection and over all upkeep of the Property.
• Maintain cordial and friendly relationships with owners/tenants and attend to their complaints.
• Efficiently managed the proper handling, safeguarding, monitoring and effective use of client’s
assets/funds.
• Ensure that energy management operations are supportive of the instructional goals of the company.
• Maintain liaison with the Building Owners, Tenants and their staff in order to provide optimum facility
comfort while reducing energy consumption levels.
• Recommend sound policies directed toward energy conservation.
• Pursue an aggressive program to reduce district costs for energy.
• Monitor all facilities design and construction activities as relates to energy management.
• Implement the policies established by the Government and local policy in the area of energy
conservation.

• Articulate the company’s mission and goals in the area of energy management to the staff and solicit
its support in realizing the mission.
• Ensure the proper March-in and March-out procedures (Guests/Visitors Log In & Out).
• Make recommendations for refurbishment/upgrading of the building facilities.
• Ensure that all company policies; systems and procedures are in-place and strictly implemented.
• Prepare the Operating Expense and Capital Expenditures Budget for the building and such formal
recommendations as may be required by the building owner.
• Implement professional programs as may be required by central office.
• Submission of Monthly/Financial Report not later than the 7th day of the following month and such
other reports as may be required by management from time to time.
