Leading communications, branding, marketing, advertising and PR, with a focus on digital marketing communication strategies. My role includes:
• Brand governance across the organization and its nine schools
• Leading a team of marketing managers and support specialists
• Overseeing the production of communication material, brochures, presentations, flyers and infographics, managing designers and overseeing copy creation
• Managing Editor of Strides, the company's newsletter, deployed across print and digital platforms
• Overseeing website building and management, social media community building, digital marketing on Facebook and Google platforms including Adwords and Analytics, overseeing performance driven, SEM and PPC campaigns
• Led the turnkey creation and delivery of 7 websites using Finalsite and Wordpress platforms, from wireframe to content writing and design

• Implementing marketing and media plans, controlling annual budgets of over US$650, 000, focusing on student recruitment and enrollment growth and funnel management
• Communication support for educational conferences and events including event identity, branding, event programming and event production, conference app design and deployment
• Copywriting, photo and video production including script writing and video editing
• Managing external partnerships and programmes such as the Stanford Pre-collegiate International Institute Summer program for all Esol participants
• Managing PR and digital marketing agencies
• Directing the design and implementation of internal/external wayfinding
• Supporting the board of directors with government RFP and licensing processes for new school projects globally
At Travel Ink, I work with premium hospitality and tourism brands, giving a voice to their philosophies, vision, services and activities through carefully created copy, produced in line with brand objectives, to ensure clear, uniform communication across all media.
My role includes managing projects for leading hospitality and tourism brands such as the Jumeirah Group and Dubai World Trade Centre. The role involves managing the entire project life cycle including reviewing and internalising brand documentation, creating briefs in line with brand objectives, project planning and execution and ensuring all deliverables are in line with brand guidelines and client’s tone of voice.
Consulting position handling marketing strategy evaluation and development for SMCCU. Currently working on an institutional outreach program to put in place strategic alliances with Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, government institutions, corporations and business councils.
