Customer Management:
 Point of contact for Project and Technical Communication with the customer and supporting the project manager.
 Involves the customer in decision-making processes and provides regular information on project progress
 Responsible for customer inspections (FAT/SAT/Packing Inspection)
Project Execution (Planning, Steering & Controlling):
 Perform project engineering duties to plan, execute, control and close Project FEED and Detailed Engineering, Procurement activities including Construction support for implementing a phased approach of various challenging Brownfield modification projects.
 Ensures that sales initiate the hand over to execution. Participation at customer kick off meeting and initiates internal project kick off meeting.
 Coordinate and monitor the progress of work performed by engineering teams. Identify any bottlenecks and recommends corrective action to ensure smooth and timely completion of project.
 Made that projects are implemented to the specified requirements, within schedule and in a cost-effective manner. Ensure concerned party interfaces and requirement from operations have been properly addressed in the design.
 Ensure proper information exchange between stakeholders involved for given project.
 Organize timely review of deliverables with FEED/Design team. Deals firmly/assertively with the team to control the work. Manage technical queries (TQs) / request for information (RFI) / design change notification (DCN) during engineering execution.
 Continuously monitor the project schedule and update the progress to stakeholders. Identify slippages and propose recovery action plan to control project critical path schedule.
 Team building - create an inclusive and supportive environment for all personnel within the project team and actively support team members in achieving any project development objectives that may have been set for the project. Manage Remote Teams as extension of local teams.
Finance Management:
 Leads the project within the defined budget
 Initiated and followed up with the invoices accordingly as the project progresses.
 Procurement - Control procurement of all project related materials / buy outs to maintain quality, Budgets and Schedule. Manage buyout supplier along with procurement to decide the methodology to maximize the saving and manage positive cash flow of the project.
Risk- Opportunity- and Claim Management:
 Throughout project life cycle, identifies, assesses and monitor all risk factors and opportunities
 Risk management through proper analysis, control and mitigating with a properly maintained risk register.
