Responsible for whole workshop operation, process, revenue, Training's, equipment's, productivity, efficiency etc.To make sure in the smooth functioning of service operation.
Arrange, schedule organize various categories and manpower equally by analyzing the skill matrix and requirements of workshop.
Review and monitor workshop process to ensure that all actions have been documented according to Service Workshop policies and procedures, Manage, arrange, organize working environment to adhere the internal and external audit policies.
Plan and prepare annual budget for the department and facilities, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Follow up closely during implementation.
Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance.
Conduct induction training's for new employees, New vehicle launch training's, Presentation of new service measures and technical bulletins.
Skill matrix evaluation based on repeat repairs internal and external and conduct adequate training's.
Calculation of effectiveness of training on job by calculating efficiency and productivity.
Providing On Job Training's to weak technicians and for latest updations.
Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results, implementing changes.
Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement of the workshop.
Coordinate automotive repair and maintenance services to obtain maximum utilization of automotive equipment's and prevent operational delays in other departments.
Direct and coordinate, through subordinate personnel, activities of workers engaged in diagnosing and repairing automobile malfunctions.

Monitor work flow to anticipate impact of delays due to team members being absent for leaves, holidays or sickness.
