* General troubleshooting for server issues
* Product distribution and maintenance
* Procedure preparations.
* Software upgrades and rollbacks if necessary.
Installation of OS and software deployment (LAMP usually, MS SQL, Windows DC editions)
* Global client support over calls and ticket
* Managing support team of small number.
* Maintaining and monitoring of Juniper switches
* Vlan management
* IP block splitting and allocation
* Coordinate with data centers around the world where we have co-locations regarding racking,
maintenance and up gradations of existing dedicated servers.
* Maintaining inventory of servers, switches and KVM over IP devices, Discs and other hardware in
datacenters.
* VPS provisioning including hardware set up (Getting nodes configured, Configuring switches for
traffic and routing)
* VPS maintenance (OpenVZ, KVM, Xen, VMware) includes trouble shooting, inter node migrations,
up gradations
* Email management, DNS management from panels
* Network trouble shooting, RCA report generating
* Billing and ticket management (Ubersmith data center edition)
Level 1 and Level 2 support with customers
* Server hardening and system security
* OnApp server provisioning and management
* IPMI configuration
* Trouble shooting and support with desktop/development applications/environments like SQL,
HTML, Web servers
