Key Responsibilities.

• Oversee MEP Department operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
• Managing the execution of projects and delivering projects on-time, within budget, and with quality par excellence
• Representing Dar Al Riyadh to the clients, creating constructive relationship, and delivering customer satisfaction
• Overseeing contractual management of all projects and proper financial accountability and follow up.
• Review activity reports and financial statements to determine project progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
• Optimizing projects outcomes through contract management, claim management, risks & opportunities management.
• Evaluate performance of staff for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company.
• Ensuring stringent application of Policies, Procedures, Statutory guidelines, Govt. regulations

Responsible for Design verification, Inspection, witnessing Testing and Commissioning and taking over of all
Electrical works, Building management system, Fire Alarm lighting and power and ELV (CCTV, access control,
security system, MATV, structural cabling, Public address….etc.) of all buildings belongs to Dubai Health care city.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Supervision of execution, testing and commissioning of electrical installations and reviewing as-built, operation
and maintenance information received from the contractors.
* Responsible for Design verification, Inspection, witnessing Testing and Commissioning of all Fit out works.
* Review and troubleshooting of any kind of technical or co-ordination issues rose during the design, project
execution and commissioning, operation and maintenance stages effectively.
* Liaising with local authorities, clients, consultants, designers and architects during the execution, commissioning
and handing over stages of the project.
* Close co-ordination of the building services during the procurement, execution, commissioning and handing
over stages to the entire satisfaction of all parties.
* Providing technical details to the subcontractors and evaluation of their performance to ensure compliance with
specifications and programmed completion of the project.
* Time Management, Quality Control & Value Engineering of the operation and maintenance of electrical and
associated building services installations.
