- Cost management in terms of electrical power, diesel and water consumption.
- Ensure the towers’ belongings are environmentally friendly.
- Follow safety and fire drill as per civil defense standards and international law of hazard
- Fire system, CCTV and low current equipments.
- BMS, HVAC ( FCU, AHU and FAHUs) and electromechanical control such as irrigations.
- Maintenance management and follow up with scheduled reports such as boilers condition and
elevators.

- Maintain the hygienic environment and ensure water quality within standard such, TDS and chlorine.

Execute approved shop drawing to meet consultant requirement.
- Processing earth works maintenance under Health and Safety regulations.
- Ensure that the project process is driven as planned professionally and the objectives are achieved.
- Excavating for utilities clearance such as electricity, high voltage, water or surge pipes etc...
- Maintain safe workplace, reduce the risks and identify all hazards in the site.
- Report the progress and faulty equipment.

Manage, develop and assist in improving all manufacturing standards including: machine
capability, process mapping, Line set up, Quality Controls and cycle time improvements.
- Arrange specialist procurement for autonomous maintenance and develop efficient plans for high demands.
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs such as lubrication, motor filters, leaks, adjustments...etc.
- Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs by improving health and safety policies and procedures
- Check team members feedback reports constantly and Develop solid communication between the team members and supervisors.
