Assist the Department Head - FMCG in managing a total of 35 staff and 4 Section Managers to reach a total of 200 m sales a year, commercial margin, staff cost, cash flow from the operation and bottom line as per the budget. Motivate and encourage staff and Section Managers to produce their maximum performance. Find potential employees and propose their names to the management.
To meet all financial targets set by the management, lead the team to achieve high standards of Hygiene. Implement Group Hygiene policies and weekly audit . Manage a total of 90 fresh food suppliers.
Manage 15 staff ( I had to manage 140 suppliers as well ), encourage and motive the team to achieve nearly 85 m sales a year, commercial margin and cash flow from operation as budgeted.
Achieve financial targets given by the management in terms of Sales, Commercial Margin and Cash flow from the operation. Motivate and encourage the team to increase productivity, find potential staff, train them and make them feel confident to handle future managerial positions.
Recruitment, Training, Accommodation, Transportation, Performance management, Administration work, Payroll processing and final settlement.
Assist customers in exchange/refund of products, coordinate with staff from all departments to assist customers to meet their needs.
Passed Bachelor of Commerce ( Accounting main ) from Kerala University in 1996.
