• Responsible for managing contracts of various outlets on campus such as food outlets, gift shop, pharmacy and travel agency.
• Developed an in house tenancy contract with the support and help of our legal consultant, Pinsent Mason.
• Prepare training schedule, both internal and external for procurement and contracts staff and secure budget for the same.
• Preparing procurement highlight report every quarterly for management review and half yearly highlights to go in the BOT report pack.
• Re-evaluated and implemented new process for ordering business cards, stationery and consumables for chemistry and biology labs thus reducing lead time, cost and admin work.
