• Responsible for Contracts & Commercial activities for Gulf Landscape & Irrigation Systems LLC and Italdeco LLC.
• Contract Review: Check & verify letter of Award, Letter of Intent, and contract documentation prior to acceptance ensuring identification of standard and critical legal clauses to save the
interest of the company.
• Claims: Preparation of contractual claims such as extensions of time, prolongation cost,
acceleration cost, and all other contractual claims.
• Contractual / Legal Advice: Advise and provide information on contractual matters, dispute resolution etc. to the Senior Management and Project Teams and act as a co-coordinator on specific contracts as and when required by the Senior Management for all projects undertaken by the company.
• Contract Deliverables: Follow-up contractual requirements / Project deliverables such as
Bonds, Insurances, Guarantees, and programs.
• Sub Contracts: Preparation of Sub-Contract documentations such as Letter of award/Intent, Work Orders, and agreements.
• Drafting various agreements: Advice the Management and preparation of various
agreements such as Joint Venture Agreements (JV), Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Service Level Agreements, Settlement Agreements, Assignment Agreements, and Contractual Correspondence.
• Employer Representative Role: Working as an Employer Representative for AKI in-house
projects/facilities such as the construction of AKI Labour Camps, Warehouse, and Construction of AKI Managing Directors properties.

• Contract Administrations including interpretation of limits of scope of works of different package contracts as per DCA standards.
• To assist M/s Hill International (the appointed claim consultant for Dubai Airport) in review /
settlement of claims raised by various package Contractors.

administrative procedures set out in the contract and advising Quantity Surveyors working
under my supervision with contract administrative procedures, including training of QS Staff.
