•Flow Assurance Expansion project, -Testing and commissioning of LV switchgear 415V, GE make MCC. (Qatar Gas, WHP-07)
•3.3KV MV Switchgear Testing and commissioning for ZADCO-UAD INSTALLATION OF ESPS AT WHPS 01, 02 AND 11. GE Make. (OFFSHORE Oil & Gas project Abu Dhabi-Ongoing)

Responsibilities:
•Inspection of control and relay panel, preparation of Test Report and cable schedule.
•SAT (site acceptance test) report for submission to approval.
• Submission of final as built drawing to consultant and client.
•Testing of Current Transformers, Voltage Transformers, and Vacuum Circuit Breaker 3.3KV.
•Testing and calibration of meters: Ammeters, Voltmeter,
•Execution of Testing & Troubleshooting of various Electrical schemes: AC, DC Control scheme, Auto Transfer Switch(ATS 3 of 3 and 2 of 3 breakers)
•415V ACB, 6.6KV, 11KV, 33KV VCB Local and Remote Interlocking Schemes.
•415V, 3.3KV synchronizing scheme.
•CT Primary injection and check the protection trip and verify the working of electrical scheme as per the approved document.
•Transformer stability Test
•Busbar Stability Check
•Co-ordinate with Protection engineer for the configuration and verification of protection scheme.
•Transformer protection, Transformer Differential Protection & REF Protection, Bus Bar protection and synchronizing scheme.
•Troubleshooting of all Electrical circuits, control & protection circuits.
•Testing and commissioning of power control center and motor control center 415V.

Maintenance of 11KV & 415V L.T Panels for ABB panels at Mico Bosch Adugodi plant, Bangalore
Responsibility:
•Assist Senior Maintenance engineer during maintenance activity of 415 V Motor control Centre Panels, 11KV switchgear panel.
•Ensure that equipment’s are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities
•Assist in forecasting requirements, for the electrical department
•Keep record of all stock and supplies.
•Ensure that all electrical gadgets and instruments are switched off after close of work daily
•Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly.
Skill Set:
•Handling various testing equipments such as Tan-Delta (Eltel, Megger, and Omicron CPC100) test kit Omicron C256 kit.
•Handling CPC 100 Omicron Kit, isa CBA 1000 CB analyzer, isa multifunction test kit.
•Designing and correcting of control& power circuit drawings as per the clients requirements.
•Preparation of event report.
•Liaise with Client and OEM for successful and quick completion of projects.
•Preparation of MOC (management of change for the modification work)
•Ability to work under pressure and manage a team of Engineers by assigning duty to individuals as per their skills.
Experience with RELAYS
•Micom127- Directional O/C & E/F Protection
•Micom121, 111 O/C & E/F Protection
•GE MM300 motor management relays.

Trainings and Certifications
• Training on AutoCAD 2012.
