• Liaising with the customer regarding RFQ generation, post-bid techno-commercial discussion with the customer, and order finalization.
• Follow-up with customers for opportunities/RFQs, submitted quotation status, and order finalization.
• Making sure that estimates of budget, man-hours, and material pricing are accurate and competitive.
• Liaising with service, procurement, and workshop departments to asses material pricing/availability and labor constraints.
• Preparing quotations for additional work identified after order execution.
• Liaising with the customer regarding drawings and specifications & any other pre-bid technical clarifications. Visiting sites for assessment of the job, the scope of work, and pre-bid techno-commercial discussions.
• Communicating with procurement to prepare accurate pricing for subcontractor work.
• Reviewing commercial terms and work scope, screening contract T&Cs as per company guidelines before sending to the legal department for review. Managing Sales thereby achieving increased sales/maximizing profit in the assigned domain.
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with existing and prospective clients in the target markets.
• Promoting the company’s range of product offerings and services, attending conferences and other marketing events.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support service to customers.
• Conduct regular visits to the client’s site to follow up on business, identify new opportunities, and attend to customer complaints and queries.
• Preparing accurate and timely reports on client visits, sales forecasts, and others as required by management.
• Meets assigned targets and objectives as agreed in the management sales meetings.
• Liaising and coordinating with inter-company terms and departments (sales, service, logistics, etc...) to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
• Prepare and submits reports as directed.
• Managing Sales thereby achieving increased sales/maximizing profit in assigned domain.
• Independently handling prequalification, tendering, post bid activities etc.
• Keeping track of the upcoming tenders in the public sectors and RFQ’s from the local contractors.
• Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
• Identifying prospective clients from various sectors such as government and corporates, generate business from the existing, and thereby achieve business targets.
• Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets Attends and participating in departments sales meeting
• Follows up with principals/suppliers and freight forwarders on an ongoing basis to ensure timely deliveries. Notifies delays to the client and management accordingly actions can be taken in time.
• Coordinates and arranges for technical briefing and demonstration meetings between client and principal manufacturer to generate better understanding of clients’ requirement and product features
• Provides necessary assistance in resolving matters of technical nature with client(s), principal(s) and Group Finance Department to ensure timely clearance of payments
• Liaises between client and principal, provides necessary assistance to ensure that discrepancies are resolved in an efficient, timely and mutually beneficial manner.
• Coordinates the activities of inside sales with efforts of outside sales representatives.
• Analyzes the RFQ and Specifications and recommend quote/ no quote
• In case decision to quote, then proposes optimum solution
• Prepares complete offer in the standard presentation format
• Prepares tenders either internally or by coordinating with design engineer or back offices
• Supports salesmen for all influence/ specification issues
• Revises the offers to accommodate client’s comments whenever required
• Monitors and reviews the jobs assigned to him/ her for timely completion and quality of services
• Keeps track of expected projects (targeted projects) in consultation with Sales
• Controls reliability of the quotations (prices, contractual conditions and gross margin)
• Update and improvement of quotation tool in coordination with Tenders Team Leader
• Calculates the prices as per the guidelines and procedures
• Participates in Techno-commercial discussions with Customer along with Sales for finalizing the contract
• Prepares contract review and participates in Project Launch
• Responds to customer queries
• Understanding the Requirement Specifications of Sewage Plant
• Analyzing the System and developing the technical specification will be based upon
• Involved in unit testing permit water of RO and STP
• Checking the BOD and COD of RO and STP permit
• Prepare the production report of RO and STP on daily basis
• Regular checking the membrane of RO and STP
• Checking availabilities of acids for dosing purpose in plant
• Cleaning the membrane of RO and membrane of STP weekly once
• Submittal of daily report to facilities manager of plant
❖ Completed Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering at Kongu Engineering College with an aggregate of 7.55% during 2013
❖ Completed Higher Secondary (Matriculation) Course at Syed Ammal Matriculation Higher Secondary School with percent of 84.6% during 2009
❖ Completed SSLC at Syed Ammal Matriculation Higher Secondary School with percent of 80% during 2007
