• Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relations.
• To be responsible for inbound inquiries via phone and email and actively make outbound calls to generate new sales.
• Scheduling meeting with existing and new clients.
• Responsible for supplying Material Handling Equipment (MHE), spare parts, toolkit, accessories, etc. for Jungheinrich brand.
• Creation, handling and follow-up on quotations for repairs, inspection, spare parts, and other after-sales solutions.
• Overall responsible for inquiry/quotation process.
• Responsible for Signing the Service Level Agreement (SLA)contract with existing and new clients.
• Account management by following up on outstanding unpaid invoices.
• Maintaining and updating client database on regular basis.
• Perform analyses based on market competitiveness to optimize the overall pricing position in existing competitive environment and suggest strategy modifications when necessary.
• Contact and develop prospective and existing clients.
• Key responsibility is to work on existing projects and new Developments.
• Undertaking Energy Survey and Site Inspections.
• Attending meetings with customers and promoting the company concept of saving electricity consumption through replacement of conventional lights.
• Providing sales report on weekly and monthly basis to COO.
• To provide any technical advice and information on timely basis to the customer on request.
• Successfully dealing with customers related to Consultants, Architectures, MEP Contractors, Facility management companies, Property management companies, Developers, Owners association & Landscaping Contractors
• Attending company seminars and exhibitions.
• Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans and the sales targets.
• Maintain professional standards of appearance, manner, discipline and work.
• To work to the activity targets set prospecting for new clients.
• To follow up on any enquiries in a timely manner and closing business deals.
• To keep abreast of all new products.
• To provide any technical advice and information as requested.
• To ensure that all existing customers in your remit are contacted regularly maintaining company profile and develop relationships with key clients.
• Skillful negotiating capabilities.
• Accuracy & punctuality in providing sales related reports that are required by the Sales Manager.
• Maintaining long-term existing client relationships especially International customers.
• Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.
• Successfully dealing with customers related to Consultants, Architectures, FM Campines, MEP contractors, Landscaping Contractors & Hospitality Industries.
