Job Outline:
• Currently handling Sales for Aruba, Tripplite and Zyxel and capable of providing
technical support/preparing BOM based on customer RFQs in absence of presales
resource.
• Building customer database for above mentioned products in U.A.E, and other GCC
regions like Qatar, Kuwait, Oman.
• Interacting with existing and new customers, making regular calls to potential
customers and meeting up with them as part of recruiting new partners and build the database.
• Interacting with end users on Projects and scheduled meetings along with resellers
• Interacting with the Vendors (Aruba, Tripplite, Zyxel) on a regular basis and therefore
updated on all activities, promos and projects. Negotiating on pricing for specific projects.
• Was responsible for providing Presales support for HP Networking, Ubiquiti, ZyXEL
• Conducted Product trainings on ZyXEL, Ubiquiti for customers in the UAE.
• Have learnt on all of the product range and the solutions offered for HPN, Ubiquiti,
Zyxel. Involved in preparing BOMs for HP Networking Projects (Qatar and Kuwait) based on Customer RFQs and requirements
• Also Assisted in Product Management of HP Printers and Supplies for UAE - (FY 2011- 2012)

Job Outline:
• Presales and Post Sales technical support for Cisco and StoneVoice products.
• Ownership of Smartnet (Cisco enhanced services) and Smartcare business.

The Client/Server version uses a Java enabled web browser for its GUI front-end.

(PRD) and System Functional Specifications (SFS)
- Prepared test plan with all possible scenarios.
- Key Contributor in Functional testing, also coordinated testing activities.

Additional Responsibilities: - Handled Product related Customer Queries and interacted with TAC Engineers of Cisco.
- Presented TOI sessions to new joiners
