Calculation of quantities from drawings.
Liaoning with client, consultants & sub-contractors.
Monitoring schedule of drawings.
Preparation of Client Billing Schedule.
Client billing & PRW billing in ERP.
Contract management (Technical, contractual & Commercial Matters) & co-ordination between Employer/Consultant, various Sub Contractors.
Analysis of tender document & defining an initial project management plan & project execution philosophy.
Division of project into various packages, units, functions & disciplines.
Deciding weightages of various levels of the project based on man-hours/commercial analysis.
Calculating weighted progress & roll up the progress from bottom most level to project level.
Development of EPC Schedule for submission of technical bid using Primavera P3/P6.
Preparation of S-curves for different disciplines & for overall project.
Resource loading on the basis of weightages.
Manpower & Machinery deployment schedule.
Responsibilities
Preparing daily, weekly & monthly progress reports. Arranging monthly billing invoices.
Making weekly & monthly look-ahead schedule.
Estimating & claiming of extra-works due to change of work against scope of work.
Co-ordinating with client, top management & execution personnel.
Preparing technical queries.
Accountable for manpower & resources planning.

Scope The scope consists of the construction of 5.222 km viaduct consists of piling, segment casting & launching.
Duration 30 months
Cost 153 Crores
Responsibilities
➢ Accountable for site supervision for pile foundation & pile cap.
➢ Pre-casting segments for via-duct. Launching pre-cast segments & its pre-stressing work.
➢ Co-ordinating with DMRC clients for the execution of work & billing of the same.
➢ Preparing BBS, bill of materials & Sub-Contractor's billing.
