TANK FARM OPERATION:
* Handling Various Classes of products ' A, B, C, & LPG products.
* Commissioning experience of Tank farm (Float, Cone, Internal Float roof tanks) &
Pumps.
* Commissioning experience of LPG Spheres, Spheroids and LPG Centrifugal Pumps.
* Commissioning experience of Tanks, Pumps and Pipelines.
* Operation experience in Tank farm, LPG Spheres and Pump house.
* Pre- commissioning /Commissioning of Utilities lines like LP/MP/HP steam, Fire water,
Utility water, Sea water etc.
* Pre-commissioning/commissioning of LP/HP/Acid Gas Flare header lines, KOD and Flare.

Commissioning of Products pipe lines like LDO, Methanol, Gasoline, HSD, SKO, ATF, FO, PCN,
PX, OX.
* Commissioning of Utility lines like Nitrogen, Inst.Air, Plant Air, Etc.
* Developing simplified Graphics pages from P&ID’s for Commissioning and DCS purpose.
* Worked with TCE for pre-commissioning activities like Hydro testing and Pneumatic test of
pipelines and for Final Box up.
* Prepared punch list and clearing formats for product lines & utility lines.

* Hand on Experience of handling Petroleum products like Crude oil, HSD, Gasoline, ATF, LDO,
methanol, LPG, Propane& Butane.
* Handling of all Aromatics products like OX, BZ, PX, LCO, Heavy Aromatic, FO, CBFS &
Naphtha.
* Participating in safety meetings, Ensuring proper housekeeping of pump house and jetty
area premises and safety practices during operation.
* Operation & Maintenance of fire fighting system viz. Ring Network, Sprinklers, hydrants,
monitors, fire extinguishers, foam pourers etc.
* Issuing of Permits for Hot/cold/Radiography works and carrying out the work in Safety
procedure. Also took Additional responsibility of Safety Coordinator work imparting regular
Tool Box Talks to the Construction Contractor’s Supervisors and Workmen.
* Meticulous experience in pipeline transfer, pigging operation, unloading and loading
operations.
* Chemical/White oil/Black oil/LPG/Propane/Butane Loading Arm Connection /Disconnection
after loading and UN loading.
* LPG/Propane/Butane Vessel loading/un loading activity.
* Black oil like LSWR/LSFO/CBFS Vessel loading and unloading activity.
* Safe maintenance of jetty equipment
De-Commissioning (Shut down) Experience:
* De-Commissioning of Jetty Berths and Pipelines for New line hook up to pumps and line
with existing one.
* I was being a member of the team for conducted HOT Tapping in FO, Gasoline, PCN,
HSD, and PX for new upcoming Berth Pipe line Connection.
* Assisting to the Shut down Shift In charge for preparing Procedures and risk assessment
sheet for shut down jobs.

* One week training on OHSAS-18000, CASH (Change Agent for Safety & Health).
