Daily receipt of materials and Preparation of GRN in SAP system.
Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs .
Responsible to verify all raw materials arrived as per the agreed purchase delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items
Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
Assisting to Manager for his day-to-day work and responsible for checking and maintaining time office records.
Identify and report any slow-moving items to avoid over purchasing.
Maintain records by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances and inputting data on daily basis.
Responsible for department’s housekeeping & safety activities.
Maintaining the record of near expiry and slow moving items on daily basis.
