Nature of Responsibilities:-
Operation Maintenance, conditioning monitoring & shut-down jobs of 7.5 MW Natural Gas based Captive Power Plant with 14 TPH WHRSG boilers. (Turbine Make Solar turbine (Turbomach Switzerland) )
Operation overhauling preventive, predictive, routing maintenance of Gas Turbine, HRSG, Gas Compressor (Reciprocating type, Dresser-Rand, Ingersoll). Many types and multi stage Feed
Pump, Fans, blowers, air Compressor, (ELGI or Atlas Compco), Agitator, Vacuum pump and Air pump etc…
Controlling of fire protection system, power relay, MCB, VFD, transformer etc..
Calibration of all instrumentation like thermocouple, RTD, flow transmitter, pressure transmitter, pressure gauges, temperature gauges etc..
Maintain all machinery PMSM, Pipeline Modification, Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger, (oil cooler, Inter cooler and After cooler
Process piping, steam line, gas line, lube oil and water circulation pipe line, cooling towers (NDCT and IDCT) Diesel Engine.
Project, planning and design handled of AFBC boiler, Gas turbine and it’s all accessories..
Site infrastructure related activities.
Calculation and efficiency of turbine, boiler, chimney and all equipment.
VAM (Vapor absorption Machine), and it’s all accessories.
D.M., RO &softening plant and its chemical process.
Inventory control of all above equipment.
ISO 14001EMS, ISO 9001, 2000, & BSI 18001 OHSAS documentation &Implementation work.
Made daily summary report of all plant electric loads.
Knowledge about PTW. & many more activities in power plant & boiler.
Facilitate development and capacity building of the team by interdisciplinary training.
Ensuring the development and retention of high performers of the plants.
Compliance to SOP’s and practicing utmost safety standards to endure industrial safety.
Developing of standard maintenance and operation w.r.t. ISO certificate
Nature of Responsibilities:-
Operation and Maintenance of Diesel / coal base boiler. (20 TPH X 2), All inventory control as per Requirement maintenance work, Maintenance of feed pump, cooling water pump, air compressor etc. Implementation work of ISI & control all parameter of utility and its all record. Maintain RO and DM plant.

I have passed Diploma in Mechanical Engineer from IME in 1996. I have passed Bachlor Degree in Mechanical from 2000 I have also passed BOE (Boiler of Proficiency) in 2011 from Government of Gujarat.
