Project Planning - Coordinating with the clients to achieve the desired result of completion of the project in the stipulated timeframe with efficiency.
Installation Co-ordination with Vendors: Co-ordinating with the different vendors across PAN India location to smoothly achieve the installation activities across all the site locations.
Team Handling: Team handling of Operation team. Operation team is responsible for resolution of alerts received in day to day activities. Operation team works 24X7. So whenever any alert comes its responsibility to assign the right team member to resolve the issue arises at site.
Inputs to Development Team: Time to time inputs to software development team to modify the commissioning management software to achieve the operational Excellency.
Vendor Management: Involvement in the new vendor development. Single point of contact to the number of vendors / suppliers for coordination in order to execute the project smoothly.
Proposal engineer: Below mentioned activities in proposal engineering.
Study of project requirement and carrying out pre-order engineering, Evaluating tender documents & specifications and estimation of surveillance system, Fire alarm system and BMS system required for the project.
Pre-bid engineering to quantify bulk items & preparation of Bill of Quantities
Vendor Management in terms of enquiring techno commercial evaluation/ clarification, pre-order tie-ups.
Project cost estimation, Taxation, Commercial offer preparation & handover to sales team.
Conducting cost benefit analysis of the projects including feasibility studies, assessment of the requirements, etc. Assisting in reviewing cost estimate with Project Manager and Senior Management. Tracking, reporting and documenting the actual cost vs. planned.
