update collection book, knowledge of export and import documentation,
audit the general ledger a/c i.e sales purchase, cordinate with senior a/c excise consult and internal dept . filing the documents, knowlegde of latest version tally erp 9, knowledge of service tax refund, payment reminder, a/c's payable to customers, petty cash voucher, knowlegde of dr and cr.note, any other duties by the management.

Mail cordination,
checking of purchase bills & labour bills
checking of sales order along with packing list & price list
follow of c forms
sending daliy sales report to the reporting persons
knowledge of sap
reports
cordination of dispatch department
handling a team of 6 persons.
