Project managed full dynamic lifecycle for the introduction of a paperless direct debit bureau service. Incorporating business change and a software development project. Thus including setting up the project governance using Prince 2 methodology, within the agreed schedule, quality and cost.

Project managed the introduction of a new payment network to allpay.net's expanding payment collection service. Working in partnership with a large high street brand retailer to facilitate the development of their POS systems to process payments on behalf of allpay.net's client base.

Project managed a product and service based project including software development. The project was to facilitate the first bill payment debit/credit card processing site via digital interactive tv in the UK. The development of multiple components and real time debit/credit card authorisation processing has allowed this product to be realised from its initial concept. Working alongside 2 external parties to achieve the end result.

Project managed full life cycle of introduction of allpay.net’s debit /credit card payment terminals, allowing their commercial customers to utilize for payment collection purposes. This project was a complex delivery, and very high profile for the company. Working in collaboration with in-house software developers and third party developers added to the complexity and control over the project.
