Project Management:
• To contribute to all programme activities from the pre-operational stage through to school operational phase.
• To assist in the supervision and development of additional projects as determined by the Director, Pre-Operation Division.
• To contribute to the overall development and efficient operations of the Pre-operations Division and the objectives of on-time, programme delivery.
• Identify and clarify project needs, scope, design and resource for projects under direct supervision.
• Develop timeline and processes for completion of each stage of Pre-Operations process for projects under supervision as determined by the Pre Operations Director.
• Ensure that projects under supervision satisfy local authority regulations and meet all necessary compliances for schools to operate.
• Ensure that project timelines are met and all identified tasks are completed on schedule for projects under direct supervision.
• Ensure planning takes place with the relevant GEMS departments to ensure effective design and delivery schedules for project under direct supervision.
• Assist in the development of logistical and supplies start up packages for each model of GEMS school.

Supervision and Monitoring:
• Ensure smooth implementation of all aspects of Pre-Operational processes for projects under direct supervision.
• Track and monitor each project under direct supervision and ensure these projects develop and are implemented according to all parameters; budgets, delivery targets and quality.

Progress and Reporting:
• Develop a monitoring and feedback process for each project under direct supervision.
• Develop tracking charts showing timelines and progress to completion for all projects under supervision.
• Report at regular intervals to the Pre-Operations team and the Director, Pre-Operations as required.
• Escalate project or organisational risks as required to minimise / mitigate disruption to project delivery.

Project managed full dynamic lifecycle for the introduction of a paperless direct debit bureau service. Incorporating business change and a software development project. Thus including setting up the project governance using Prince 2 methodology, within the agreed schedule, quality and cost.

Project managed the introduction of a new payment network to allpay.net's expanding payment collection service. Working in partnership with a large high street brand retailer to facilitate the development of their POS systems to process payments on behalf of allpay.net's client base.

Project managed a product and service based project including software development. The project was to facilitate the first bill payment debit/credit card processing site via digital interactive tv in the UK. The development of multiple components and real time debit/credit card authorisation processing has allowed this product to be realised from its initial concept. Working alongside 2 external parties to achieve the end result.

Project managed full life cycle of introduction of allpay.net’s debit /credit card payment terminals, allowing their commercial customers to utilize for payment collection purposes. This project was a complex delivery, and very high profile for the company. Working in collaboration with in-house software developers and third party developers added to the complexity and control over the project.
