- We upgrade operating system from windows XP to Windows 7. Before we start deployment we make sure that all data on the pc is safe or already backup on the main server. We have a checklist before we do anything. After we deploy PCs we need to restore all data including all installed applications. And if there is anything problem with their PC, we instruct them were their data is located, and also we instruct them how to use their new operating system,
• Are responsible for assisting all Staff with their questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms to the best of his/her ability, in a professional and courteous manner.
• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, and commercial correspondence.
• Should always be willing to find answers to all questions addressed to them.
• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Should be ready to research questions using a variety of manuals and resources, and to work with other Consultants, staff and affiliated consulting organizations in answering any customer’s question.
• Generate the various document control reports as required.
• Should familiarize themselves with the research and information resources and knowledge bases at hand.
• Should be willing to learn as he/she progresses in his/her position and as he/she is faced with new questions and situations.
• Are expected to stay abreast of current news, system information, problems, changes and updates relevant to our user community.
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staff as applicable
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly
• Maintain the documents in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
- Responsible for the replacement of a whole system based on the specifications provided by an IT analyst, but often work with 'off the shelf' software, modifying it and integrating it into the existing network. The skill in this is creating the code to link the systems together.
Also responsible for:
• Reviewing current systems
• Presenting ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
• Working closely with analysts, designers and staff
• Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes
• Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live
• Preparation of training manuals for users
• Maintaining the systems once they are up and running
Get the applicants form from employee then encodes all information of applicants
Maintain the database of all applicants and sort by their position,
Make sure all data in database are easy to search.
Make application form and layout for flyers as advertisements for recruitment using Adobe Photoshop.
Troubleshoot all computers, printers, fax, Xerox machine and network connection.
Conduct initial interview of all applicants related to I.T. fields,
• Source qualified applicants for clients’ manpower requirements.
• Transmit evaluated CV’s to clients according to their specifications.
• Deals with all kinds of applicants in all their queries, professional and personal.
Responsibilities include selling products and developing current customer relationships and boosting future sales.
Also arrange special seasonal sales and handle cash transactions.
Also provide technical assistance to the customers and train new staff.
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
Checking quantities of goods on display in the showroom
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the Manager in the end of the day
Gaining a clear understanding of customers and requirements
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
Smile and Greeted customers entering the Store.
Counted money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts were correct and that there was adequate change.
Attend the customers; supply them foods and drinks as per their demand.
Prepare and decorate the tables for a meal, receive customers’ orders and meet it with a great seriousness.
Clean up before, after and during the servings.
Apprise the customers with available variety of foods presenting a menu.
Ensure sterilization of utensils, hygienic maintenance.
Remove the dishes from the table and clean the tables and chairs.
