light fixtures, Illumination and dimming systems, Power receptacles, Cable Routing, Earthing,
cable trays for tunnel, Panel Board, automation System, Interactive TV system & video in
demand with HDMI, UPS System, ATS panels, Diesel generators, Lightning Protection
System, LV & Switchgears (MDB, SMDB, MCC).
• Following higher management time schedule instructions and advice, reporting work field
condition problems & statues to higher management, following activities of other departments
in site.
• Coordinate with Contractor for the fast progress work on site implementation of advanced
system and material available in market as per the requirement and conduct weekly Site
Inspection & prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Conduct inspections for Quality Control and Quality Assurance Program, reporting, finding and
recommendations.
• Implement, manage, and control the Project Electrical Quality Assurance Plan.
• Monitors and follows up to ensure all works is carried out to high technical and safety
standards in all workshop disciplines.

• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
• Estimates prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables,
equipment, tools etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution of substation.
• Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to
the Site manager for approval prior to execution at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or
specifications prior to execution of any jobs. Responds to questions and RFIs from the construction
contractor dealing with applicable civil / structural components.
• Cable tray erection, control cable pulling, power cable pulling, cable dressing Panel Board
erection, Control Panel Termination, Gas Insulated Switch gear (GIS) erection, Transformer
erection, Gantry erection, Substation earthing and lighting.
• Estimation for power cable, control cable, lighting wire.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups
at site.
• Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil
groups.
• Coordinates with Client /Consultants representatives for any site instructions and inspection of
works.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical
groups at site.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on
regular basis or as required.
• Supports the Site Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at
site.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings,
contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or
international NEC, SEC standards.

• Monitor and inspect all electrical erection/installation/ commissioning activities with regards to
progress, compliance with the Contract and applicable codes/standards, quality, safety and
environmental acceptance.
• Monitoring and regular inspection of the electrical activities in Central Space & Processing (CSP)
Area to meet approved Baseline Schedule and committed Milestone Dates.
• Material Take-Off for the procurement and readiness of the required materials and electrical panels
& equipment as per work schedule including all required consumable materials, tools and
equipment to complete the installation of the electrical works as per approved shop drawings and
project specifications
• Electrical works in Substations, Electrical Rooms, Ramp Control Towers, Security Control Rooms,
HVAC Rooms, Apron Flood Lighting, tenant areas and other auxiliaries (Paging System,
Signages, Grounding and Lightning Protection Systems, etc.)
• Installation of architectural lighting, dimming and control system panels, conduits and accessories
and control cables.
• Layout and installation of main feeder, power, lighting and other auxiliaries, control cables, cable
ducts/trays, conduits and supports, switchgears, power and distribution transformers, distribution
panels, motors and controllers, pumps, blowers and other electrical equipments.
• Plan review and implementation including as-built preparation and inspection with QAQC and 3rd
party inspectors.
• Preparation of daily, three-week, and three-month rolling schedules.
• Material Take-Off as per plans and specifications.

• Manages the execution for Lightning Protection and Earthing Systems, LV Cable & Wiring Types
and Use, LV Cable & Wiring Installation & Termination Methods, Cable & Wire Sizing, LV Cables &
Wiring Testing Methods, Electrical Panels Installation and Dressing Protection Panel, SWG Panel,
Capacitor Bank, Bus Bar Systems, Central Battery Systems, Emergency Lighting Systems,
Lighting Control Systems, Electrical Rooms Design and Execution.
• Carry out the execution of LV Installations as directed by the Project Engineer following approved
Shop Drawings and Project Schedules.
• Manages the execution personnel assigned through direct monitoring and issuing Objectives
Assignments to the Foremen.
• Cross-checks Material and Manpower Requirements for Projected Works as transmitted by Project
Engineer and clarify deficiencies with the Project Engineer.
• Identifies Shop Drawing and Execution Issues and notifies the Project Engineer for joint resolution
of issues.
• Raises all Inspections for Installed Installations and their subsequent Testing to the Project
Engineer to verify prior to Inspection by the resident QC Engineer.
• Ensures that the Execution Personnel and Methods used comply with the HSE regulations of both
the Main Contractor and Internal guidelines.
• Assists the Project Engineer in the preparation of the As-Built Drawings and Shop Drawings when
required.
• Prepares Weekly Reports on Activities Carried Out including deficiencies and issues that cropped
up during execution.
• Responsible to carry out the preliminary evaluation of the Foremen and the Secondary Evaluation
of the Charge hands, Technician and Semi-Skilled Personnel as required by the HR Department.

• Monitor and supervise all electrical works Medium Voltage, Low Voltage distribution system,
lighting, power, lighting protection and grounding and generators.
• Managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to execution, involving finalization of
technical specification.
• Carry out the execution of LV installation as directed by the project engineer following approved
shop drawing and project schedule.
• Manages the execution personnel assigned through monitoring and issuing objectives assignments
to the foreman.
• Assist with selection of lighting fixtures, and system control.
• Monitor and supervise the witnessing of testing & commissioning of all electrical system.
• Monitor the final inspection of completed electrical works before handling over the client.
• Provides technical direction to subordinates on fault finding diagnoses and repairs. Inspects work
progress/completed work through site visits and/or review of work records to ensure proper and
timely execution. Adjust work schedules to accommodate urgently required work and follows up
receipt of work orders upon completion of repairs procedures.
• Monitors and follows up to ensure all work is carried out to high technical and safety standards in
all workshop disciplines.
• Monitors all work carried in the workshop to ensure that safety rules and regulations are being
followed.
