- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to online payment gateway, customer membership, and customer orders while targeting the optimal customer satisfaction.
Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of HP's remote data centers.
Implements eBay’s policies regarding bidding and selling, gives sanction to members violating the rules through warning or suspension, and assist the members with their unregister request.
