Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible in handling store operations concerns related to employee’s compensation and benefits such as salary, overtime, ticket allowance, monthly incentives, holiday and annual leave payment and the like. Ensure store is fully compliant administratively and procedurally according to company guidelines and deadlines.
