Job Responsibilities:
1. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client with any types of projects, infrastructure, Oil and Gas Etc…
2. Prepare and submit quotations. Diligently to following up of the cases present on hand
3. Undertaking costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work
4. Assist the Commercial manager who takes prime responsibility for advising Commercial Director on the commercial and risk elements of contracts, and constantly monitors and controls the cost involved.
5. Ensure that subcontract cost are monitored and controlled against agreed budgets, and the cost information is accurately recorded and regularly presented to appropriate personnel in a clear and concise format.
6. When required ensure that subcontract progress is monitored and controlled against agreed program. Identify and investigate any variation from plan and notify these to appropriate personnel, agreeing and implementing appropriate remedial action with contract managers.
7. Follows up interim application for payments the client and liaise with Accounts/Credit Control to secure payment.
8. Collate and present financial information in accordance with the company procedures to line management.
9. Presentation of documentation in relation to subcontracts, ensuring that subcontract terms and conditions reflect obligations undertaken by the company under the contract.
10. Maintain highest levels of commercial confidentiality in all aspect of employment.
Job Responsibilities:
1. To check quotations and ensure that correct unit prices, quantities and descriptions as mentioned.
2. To follow the same principle for variations.
3. To source suppliers/sub-contractors, compare prices and finalize order after negotiating the best price.
4. To release LPO's for projects as per work priority &/or scheduling.
5. To monitor all orders and executions of works done on assigned project.
6. On completion of project, coordinate with Site to ensure that all designated works are completed and
Thereafter develop the final account.
7. To coordinate with design and apply value engineering without compromising on the design.
8. To offer suggestions to optimize value and maximize profit on assigned projects.
9. To arrange technical submittal, take off quantities, preparing tender and contract documents including
bill of quantities and send enquiries for tendering.
10. To prepare and analyze costing for tenders.

1. To engineer architectural and piping services for the offshore and onshore oil and gas industry. Experience has also included procurement, supervision and coordination for such type of project as :-
• Offshore accommodation & Control Rooms for Fixed installation jack -ups & ships. These include both new and refurbishment activities.
• Onshore camps, workshops, laboratories and control room.
• Fabrication of Pump Skid, diesel tanks & Offshore Equipment i.e.Tool rack Basket, Mini Container, Etc.
2. Architectural and piping drawing preparation and review from the initial stage to project completion, with consideration to structural, electrical and HVAC discipline interface.
3. Material procurement in accordance with the given procedures, project specifications, drawing and Code of standards (SOLAS, DOE, API, ASTM, EN12079, ANSI etc.).
4. Co-ordinate with different department to cater the various requirement of the project at different stages of execution.
5. Review and check tender documents, condition of contract, specification, cost estimate of project, bill of quantities and ensure that the construction activities will met the company’s requirements in terms of completion and delivery date.
