• Uses QuickBooks as Accounting Software.
• Processing and verifying accuracy of invoices, delivery note, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Making follow-up calls to confirm sales order, delivery dates including payments.
• Responding to sales queries via phone, email and in writing.
• Supporting the field sales team.
• Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filling documents.
● Process employees’ payroll of the Provincial Governor’s Office.
●Prepares allotment & obligation, disbursement vouchers and purchase request for reimbursements.
● Assists recipients of financial assistance of the Province of Pangasinan.
● Arrange for payment of consultant honorariums of the Provincial Governor’s Office.
● Prepares letters and memos.
● Maintain confidential records and files, and acts as a secretary to the Executive Assistant III of the Provincial Governor’s Office.
