Key Responsibilities:
• Appointed by Boeing and PMIS as Senior Project Manager, leading and managing CM/CS professional teams assigned to the project.
• Provide client-side project and construction management services for the planning, design, and construction of the Kuwait Digital City campus, with full responsibility for cost control, scheduling, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate project logistics, resource allocation, and stakeholder interfaces, ensuring effective communication between the client, consultants, and construction professionals.
• Support the client in reviewing project concepts and detailed design submissions, focusing on value optimization, efficiency, and constructability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation and management of technical and financial proposals for PPP, public, and private-sector projects, ensuring full compliance with RFP requirements and project objectives.
• Coordinate consortium stakeholders, including design consultants, EPC contractors, operators, and facility management providers, and chair coordination and alignment meetings.
• Support project definition and early-stage development by coordinating schematic design activities across architectural, structural, MEP, utilities, and space planning disciplines, ensuring alignment with client and RFP requirements.
• Manage and finalize multiple local and international bids and proposals on behalf of PMIS, overseeing inputs, evaluations, and final submissions.

A state-of-the-art healthcare campus comprising five major buildings, including emergency and surgical facilities, outpatient services, dental center, central nutrition, and a 1, 400-car parking structure with associated MEP services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Led the design and construction compliance of a large-scale healthcare facility, ensuring alignment with international healthcare standards (FGI) and local regulatory requirements, and interfacing with authorities throughout all project phases.
• Coordinated multidisciplinary teams—including consultants, contractors, and end users—to achieve project objectives related to quality, scope, cost, and schedule.
• Supported client objectives by integrating architectural, engineering, and operational requirements into a unified, functional, and efficient hospital design.
