Providing individualized patients care, coordinating with physician on duty regarding treatment regimen, health teachings done to every patients, assist the patient to meet their needs for ADL's (Activities of Daily Living). Keep the patient comfortable by administering analgesics or other physical comfort measures as required, or sometimes something as simple as turning the patient from side to side, or maintaining their personal hygiene. Answer patients' questions and explain their care before it is administered. We constantly evaluate the patient on a continuous basis and identify new problems that might appear along the way, then formulate a plan of care, revising it appropriately as they go.
