• Prepares shipments selects appropriate shipping container; packs items to ensure safe delivery. Distinct knowledge of Parts Supplier processes and issues. Knowledge of the product and parts.
• Prepares items to be shipped against DD1149 and Trouble Ticket to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct.
• Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order and or RMA’s to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers.
• Work with Vendors when any issues occur on shipping or receiving of material.

• Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insure, unpack, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received. Prepare shipping documents via FedEx, UPS, and Bill Lading etc.
• Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
• Delivers items to requisitioning departments and obtains authorized signatures for accepted items.
• Maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records
• Inventory of all equipment in Warehouse including Government Property.
• Process Government Property Forms and Tag equipment value of 2 million dollars.
• Training and Operating the TRMS System including inventory (Scanner) of tool in warehouse
• Assist with Quality Inspections regarding Shipping and Receiving and Government property.
• Training and Operating the WASP System, Inventory (Scanner) cycle counts, shipping and receiving task. Print all tags for material.
• May operate dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
