Project (II): Execution, Completion and Maintenance of the Access Link Road to Mubarak Al Kabeer Port (MKP) in Boubyan Island at State of Kuwait. From Oct 2020 till Now.
Project (III): Cleaning and disinfection of docks and berths at Shuaiba port at State of Kuwait. From April 2021 till Now.
Project (IV): NEW GATHERING CENTER GC-32, (EARLY CIVIL WORKS AND SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING AND SHELTERS) for Kuwait Oil Company KOC and, for Petrofac International Limited at State of Kuwait. From Jan 2021 till Now.

Duties:
- Analyzing activity sequences, durations, resources, requirements, and schedule constraints to create the project schedule.
- Estimating the type and quantities of resources required to perform each schedule Activity.
- Establish all disciplines progress curves (S-Curves) Weekly/Monthly (Internally and for Client/Engineer).
- Highlight the delays and the possible consequences of disruptions in the schedule and report the same to the Project Controls Manager / Project Director/ to initiate proper corrective actions.
- Creating / Establish Project Time Schedules as well as all reports (Internal & Client /Engineer).
- Preparing / Establish Acceleration/Recovery plan for the disciplines/Project when required.
- Preparing the Delay Analysis Log as per Retrospective single base additive modeling (Impacted Baseline Critical Path) (IB-CPM).
- Supporting in preparation of the Extension of Time (EOT) Claims.
- Preparing/Presenting to Top Management Project Presentation for the subjects required and steering meetings presentation.
- Developed an effective internal reporting system along with administering internal Bi-weekly meetings which resulted in decreasing schedule delays to less than 5%.
- Checked for accuracy and consistency in progress updates, critical path and near critical activity analysis, forecasts, recovery/revised plans, client and internal progress reporting.
- Contributed and highlighted to the management any foreseeable delays or risks.
